Your Card Account's eligibility to participate in the Referral programme is based on your overall credit rating and other factors including your Account history with American Express. You must have a Platinum Cashback Everyday Account to receive bonus cashback. Unless we tell you otherwise (with advance notice), cashback will be paid to you by crediting your Card Account in the month after your Card anniversary date with the cashback earned in the preceding 12 months if your friend or family member's Card application is successful. You can earn up to a maximum of £150 bonus cashback per calendar year. If you do not comply with these terms, you could lose your bonus cashback and you will be excluded from participating in the Platinum Cashback Everyday Card Referral Programme in future. If payments to your Platinum Cashback Everyday Card Account are not kept up to date, you could lose your bonus cashback. 6 months 0% managment fees Referee/Friend Under the terms of this offer, in order to be eligible for the six (6) months 0% per annum Nutmeg account management fees (“Friend Promotional Rate”), the Friend must have been referred via the official Mention Me referral system (as outlined below in the full Mention Me Terms & Conditions). The Friend’s Nutmeg account management fee will be reduced to 0% per annum for six (6) months within 30 days of First Traded Date, provided they comply with the following requirements: The Friend makes a minimum initial investment of £500 into their Nutmeg Stocks and Shares ISA, Lifetime ISA, Junior ISA, General Investment Account, or Pension.
