Noom is great if you want structure and daily accountability. The lessons are short, the coaching keeps you on track, and the app makes it easy to build healthier habits without feeling overwhelmed. It’s one of the few wellness apps that actually teaches you why you make certain choices, not just what to do. You also earn points for gift cards known as Seeds in the app, for doing steps, logging meals, and other goals on the path to looking after your health.
