The onboarding process was incredibly smooth—it took less than 5 minutes to set up and they handled the entire switch without me having to call my old provider once. What really sets them apart is the technology. The app is intuitive and actually useful; I love being able to see my half-hourly usage. I’m currently on the Octopus Tracker tariff, and it’s consistently been cheaper than the standard price cap. I also joined the Octoplus rewards scheme, which is a brilliant touch. Just for using less energy during 'Saving Sessions,' I’ve already earned enough Octopoints for a few free coffees and some bill credit.
