I can't say enough good things about their customer service. I ordered from Spanx for the first time during the Canada Post strike, so my order was quite late. To my surprise, they offered me a $75 credit on my next order, even though none of this was really their fault. I was pleasantly surprised again when I had to return a couple of items that didn't fit and was refunded as soon as I shipped them - I've never had a company give me a refund before they've received the items and checked them over. I was also very happy with the quality of everything I've purchased from them so far. Highly recommend!
