Sign up for a new Chime bank account using this link. You must then provide your employer with the routing number and account number (look under settings, in app, after setting up account) and request to have some/all of your check direct deposited into this account. You don't have to have the entire paycheck deposited here if you already receive it in another account; you can specify that you want (for example) half (50%) in this account and half (50%) in another account, or you can set a certain amount, for example, $100 per paycheck into this Chime account and the remainder elsewhere --- whatever you prefer is fine, the only thing is that within 45 days of signing up you must have had $200 or more deposited into this account via direct/employer deposit.
