There are no special criteria, every verified Bitpanda user on the Bitpanda platform can invite friends and use the Tell-a-Friend program. However, to receive your reward, your referred friend must meet a couple of requirements. They must be a brand new Bitpanda user, which means that they must not have created a Bitpanda account before.
